Channel letters by VE Signs, Riverside CA

The flagship of storefront signage: built here, not brokered

Channel letters are individually fabricated three-dimensional letters, internally illuminated with LEDs. Because we bend, weld, wire, and paint them in-house, you get exact brand color matches, faster turnaround, and one company accountable from survey to final inspection.

Every set ships UL listed with engineering calcs for your city's permit package. We install throughout Southern California with our own C45-licensed crews, and kit letter sets for nationwide franchise programs.

Backlit & front-lit letters with push-thru acrylic

How we fabricated a dual-illuminated letter set for a restaurant and sports bar franchise: halo depth at night, true brand color by day.

Common questions

How much does a channel letter sign cost?

Most storefront letter sets run $3,000 to $12,000 installed, driven by letter height, count, illumination type, and mounting surface. We quote from a site survey, so the number you get is the number you pay.

Do you handle the city permit?

Yes. We prepare the full submittal package, including engineering calcs, site plans, and landlord approval documents, and we pull the permit ourselves for cities across the Inland Empire and greater Southern California.

How long from deposit to a lit sign?

Typical timeline is 4 to 7 weeks: about 1 to 3 weeks for permitting depending on your city, 2 to 3 weeks of fabrication, and installation in a single day.

Face-lit, reverse-lit, or open face: which should I pick?

Face-lit is the brightest and most legible at distance. Reverse-lit halo reads upscale and is often required in design-review districts. Open face gives an exposed-neon look with LED reliability. We render your logo in each style before you decide.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Yes. We paint returns and spec faces to PMS color standards in-house, and for franchise programs we document the spec so location 60 matches location 1.
